Need help accessing your customer area? This FAQ guide will help you log in, retrieve your login details, understand the available features and manage your account independently.

How do I log in?

Even if your company is a Citeo customer, creating accounts for your company’s employees on the customer portal requires manual action by your Citeo representative.

  • I have an account

You can log in here. Go to the Forgotten Password page and enter your email address if you have forgotten your password.

  • I don’t have an account

To access the portal, you must contact your company’s Citeo representative. They will be able to invite you to join the portal by adding your address directly to their settings (see below for the full procedure).

  • I don’t know if I have an account

Go to the Forgotten password page and enter your email address. You will receive a link by email if your account exists.

  • I am a Citeo representative. How can I add my colleague?

Go to the Ecodesign Home > Ecodesign page and use the colleague invitation module.

Alternatively, go to My contract > Manage access.

What does the eco-design section contain?

The eco-design section includes:

  • TREE for assessing recyclability
  • A tool for analysing your packaging issues based on your declaration data;
  • The option to join or formalise a prevention and eco-design plan;
  • Access to the circular campus for training in eco-design;Access to dozens of resources and fact sheets.

This space is evolving rapidly and new tools will be available soon.
