Confidentialité des fiches descriptives transmises par Citeo:

Si son inscription est confirmée, le demandeur s’engage à ne pas ni communiquer au public ou à des tiers, ni à utiliser les informations contenues dans le dossier participant transmis par les organisateurs du Forum, comprenant notamment les fiches descriptives des sociétés et des technologies présentées, à d’autres fins que l’organisation de sa participation au Forum.

A ce titre, le Participant reconnait que tout utilisation/diffusion du dossier où d’éléments le constituant est susceptible de causer un préjudice important pour le propriétaire des informations (Citeo, Start Up…).

Cet engagement de confidentialité ne couvrant pas toute information :

• qui est déjà à la disposition du public sans que le Participant ne soit à l’origine de leur divulgation ;
• qui était déjà connue ou en possession du Participant à la date de leur communication par Citeo ; 
• qui a été communiquée au Participant par un tiers, sans que ce dernier n’ait, obtenu cette information en violation d’un engagement de confidentialité ou d’une obligation de secret professionnel ;
• dont l’utilisation ou la divulgation ont été autorisées par écrit par Citeo ou la Start up concernée, notamment par l’apposition de la mention « Officiel » ou « Non Confidentiel » sur les documents supports de l’information concernée.

Cet engagement de confidentialité couvre toute la durée de préparation et de participation au Forum, et se poursuit pour une durée de cinq (5) ans suivant le terme du Forum.

Confidentiality of the data sheets submitted by Citeo

If the applicant’s registration is confirmed, he agrees not to communicate to the public or to third parties, nor
use the information contained in the participant booklet sent by the organizers of the Forum, including the descriptive sheets of the companies and presented technologies, for other means than the preparation of their work specifically for the Forum. 

As such, the Participant acknowledges that any not allowed use / disclosure of the file where the constituent elements are is likely to cause significant harm to the owner of the information (Citeo, Start Up ...).

This commitment to confidentiality does not include information:

• which is already available to the public without the participant being the source of their disclosure;
• which was already known or in the possession of the participant on the date of their communication by Citeo;
• which has been communicated to the participant by a third party, without the latter having obtained this information in breach of a confidentiality agreement or an obligation of professional secrecy;
• whose use or disclosure has been authorized, in writing, by Citeo or the start-up concerned, in particular by placing the words "Official" or "Non-Confidential" on the documents containing the information in question.

This confidentiality commitment covers the entire duration of preparation and participation in the Forum and continues for a period of five (5)  years following the end of the Forum.

Données Personnelles :

1. En soumettant ce formulaire, le demandeur consent à ce que les informations recueillies fassent l’objet d’un traitement informatique. Le demandeur dispose cependant du droit de retirer son consentement à tout moment en adressant un courriel à l’adresse : prospective@citeo.com

2. Les données collectées pour les besoins de l’organisation et de la participation au Forum sont des données d’identification (email, nom, prénom, entreprise…) des participants. Les participants pourront, s’ils le souhaitent, compléter leur profil avec leur photographie et leurs réseaux sociaux lors de l’accès à la plateforme. Ces données sont destinées à Citeo, en qualité de responsable de traitement, à des fins d’inscription et de participation au Forum et aux entretiens privés les 5 et 6 octobre 2020 ainsi que pour nous permettre d’avoir un retour d’expérience après votre participation. Les données collectées sont conservées pour une durée de douze (12) mois.

3. Citeo peut également utiliser les données pour envoyer des informations ou offres personnalisées en lien avec le thème du recyclage des plastiques, objet du Forum. Si vous consentez à cet envoi, vos données seront conservées pendant 3 ans maximum.  Les participants disposent toutefois du droit de s’opposer à ce type de traitement en cochant cette case :

4. Enfin, lorsque Citeo recueille une autorisation de droit à l’image auprès des participants, elle peut utiliser les données pour mener des actions de communication auprès du public.

5. Les informations recueillies ne sont pas communiquées à un tiers en dehors des organisateurs du Forum et prestataires informatiques (notamment fournisseur de la plateforme dématérialisée). Dans le cadre d’actions de communication de Citeo, certaines données sont également susceptibles d’être communiquées à tout public intéressé.

6. Conformément au Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données du 27 avril 2016 et à la loi informatique et libertés du 6 janvier 1978, le demandeur dispose d’un droit d’accès, de rectification, de limitation, d’effacement aux informations qui le concernent, ainsi qu’un droit à la portabilité de ses données et le droit de définir des directives relatives à la conservation, à l’effacement et à la communication de ses données à caractère personnel après son décès. Il dispose par ailleurs du droit d’introduire une réclamation auprès de la CNIL pour tout manquement de notre part à la législation en la matière. Il peut également, pour des motifs légitimes, s’opposer au traitement des données le concernant. Il peut également exercer ses droits en adressant un email à l’adresse suivante : dpd@citeo.com

 

Personal Data :

1. By submitting this form, the applicant consents to the information collected being processed by computer. However, the applicant has the right to withdraw consent at any time by sending an email to the following address: prospective@citeo.com  

2. The data collected for the purposes of organization and participation in the Forum are identification data (email, family name, first name, company…) of the participants. Participants will be able, if they wish, to complete their profile with their picture and social networks when accessing the platform. These data are intended for Citeo, as data controller, for the purposes of registration and participating in the Forum and private meetings on October 5 and 6, 2020 and to enable us to have feedback following your experience. The collected data are kept for a period of twelve (12) months.

3. Citeo can also use the data to send information or personalized offers that are related to the topic of plastics recycling, which is the subject of the Forum. If you agree to receive such information, the collected data are kept for a period of 3 years maximum. However, the applicants have the right to oppose this type of processing.

4. Finally, when Citeo obtains permission to use the image from the participants, it may use the data to carry out communication campaigns with the public.

5. The information collected is not communicated to a third party aside from the organizers of the Forum and IT service providers (including the provider of the virtual platform). As part of Citeo’s communication campaigns, some data may also be communicated to any interested parties.

6. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 and the Law on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties of 6 January 1978, applicants have the following rights on their personal data: right of access, right of rectification, right to limitation of treatment, right to erase, right to portability, as well as the right to set guidelines for the retention, deletion and communication of personal data after death. In the event of a breach of any of the above provisions, applicants have the right to file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
